Anybody who knows me well knows I seriously suffer from a serious case of C.R.A.F.T.(Cant Remember A Fucking Thing). this bullshit being another of the many casualties of my battle with my brain. Fortunately my Friend Aaron reminded me about it during a recent conversation…

-I was contacted by somebody from “SMUGGLER” -a creative group, a few years back(around 06′) in regards to a “Top Secret” project they were working on. After meeting with them and vaguely discussing the project i was informed that they were working on a very tight budget and that pay would be modest… At the time i was much more naive/desperate and agreed to do they project for the chump change they offered… not knowing the intense work work i was dragging myself along with ZES and SEVER into.

Anyways, well into the project i was hanging out with Mark Ecko and shooting the shit and i discovered the “tight budget” was pitiful 1million$… Chalk it up to a big fucking lesson learned. GUYS, IF YOU ARE APPROACHED TO DO ANY COMMERCIAL WORK DONT SELL YOURSELF SHORT AS I DID!!! -This video was one of the craziest web sensations of the year, Mark Ecko/Smuggler had the budget to rent a retired Air Force base in San Bernadino,and a jumbo Jet, and Pay a crew to hand paint it to identically match the President’s plane… Unfortunately the remaining budget for the stuntmen/main actors/creative consultants… not to mention assistant DP’s(we filmed a lot of it) -got chump change.
